1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of echolink-tel.com and the telecommunication services, Voice, SMS, and Technology packages provided by Echolink Tel (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services and Packages
Echolink Tel provides wholesale telecommunications services, including A–Z VoIP termination, A2P SMS routing, and network technology solutions. The specific details, pricing, and limits of each service are defined in the respective packages available for purchase on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service package at any time, provided that ongoing paid subscriptions will be honored until the end of their current billing cycle.
3. Account Registration and Security
To purchase a service package, you must register for a business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@echolink-tel.com of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
4. Payment, Pricing, and Billing
All prices are listed in the currency specified at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely via our authorized payment gateway (Airwallex).
- Prepaid and Postpaid: Services are delivered based on the specific prepaid package or postpaid agreement selected during checkout.
- Taxes: The client is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory fees associated with the purchase of telecom services.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Clients must use Echolink Tel services lawfully and ethically. You strictly agree NOT to:
- Generate Artificial Inflation of Traffic (AIT) or fraudulent SMS/Voice generation.
- Engage in Caller ID (CLI) spoofing or manipulate routing data.
- Transmit unsolicited marketing messages (Spam) in violation of local and international regulations.
- Resell the services without explicit written authorization from Echolink Tel. Violation of this AUP will result in immediate account suspension without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Echolink Tel provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for 24/7 network uptime, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party carriers, internet outages, or force majeure events. In no event shall Echolink Tel be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business data.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
